Shipping policy
QuipNaps are currently shipping in the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some carriers limit their service to P.O. boxes. If this applies to your order, we suggest you review your shipper’s P.O. box policy.
We endeavor to process orders within one to two business days of receipt. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order by the date provided by the shipper, please contact us at quipnaps@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
